With 32.6 degrees Celsius in the shade on Friday July 7, the 29th Power Big Meet beat all previous heat records. Saturday was a bit cooler and had a great visitor turnout. If you wanted to see all vendors of the sway meet, you had to walk 3.9 kilometers.

This year Big Meet had visitors from 31 nations, a new record. The price for Best in Show went to Ronnie Bergström from Stockholm, who came to Big Meet with a newly built 1932 Ford Roadster in classic style from the early 50's, with an Ardun-Ford Hemi motor. Other winners came from Austria, Germany, Norway, Finland, and Russia. The quality of this year's winning cars was the best ever in the history of Power Meet. The biggest crusing night, Saturday, was visited by almost 100 000 people.

Gigantic club parking at Big Meet

Going to Big Meet and talking with people with the same preferences in car make as you is always enjoyable. In 2005 about one thousand cars came to the make clubs own areas. We wish you welcome again this year! If you don't find the club of your make in the exhibition area, ask a functionary! The club parking area is moved this year to the area that has been used for Power Camp previous years.
